Limitations of sales

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase magazines, firearms accessories and knives. By ordering these items you certify you are of legal age and satisfy all federal, state and local legal/regulatory requirements to make this kind of purchase.

If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you agree to be responsible if the other person or entity violates these Terms.

Be sure to check with your state/country laws regarding the import and ownership of magazines and other gun parts. Polenar Tactical d.o.o. is not liable for any damages or legal problems that may occur, we also do not offer refunds if the item is confiscated by Customs.

Polenar Tactical d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction that could be in violation of our terms of service.

Limitation of liability

Polenar Outdoor will do its best to guarantee all information published on this website is up to date and accurate. The provider reserves the right to change the supply of products and services and their corresponding prices. The provider reserves the right to change terms and conditions of services.

Polenar Outdoor does not accept any responsibility for damage that could follow the use, misuse or unavailability of the products sold on this website.

Polenar Outdoor is committed to safe-keep users personal information. It will be kept exclusively for the use of processing and sending orders, invoices, informative materials and other necessary communication. It will never be given or sold to a third party. The company may contact the user via means of distance communication only for the purpose of customer service or newsletter, if the user does not expressly object to this.

If the customer declares, during any contact established by any means of communication, he does not wish to receive messages in this way, the company is obliged to no longer send any messages intended to establish a contract for the sale of any goods or services. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

Cancellation policy

To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order (within 24 hours). We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched and make you a full refund without any additional fees.

Promotional Codes and Voucher Codes

You must enter the Voucher/Discount code when placing your order online during checkout. The code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash. If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.

If you fail to enter the voucher/discount code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of your purchase on Polenar Outdoor website.

Each voucher is valid for a limited time only.

Check before you buy

To avoid unnecessary cost and setbacks please choose your products carefully!

Before finalising your purchase make sure you have selected the correct sizes and/or colors (size charts are provided).

At Polenar Outdoor d.o.o. we offer exchange of products free of charge. If you selected the wrong size or model, contact us via email [email protected] The only cost for the customer is the return shipping fee.

If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you found a cheaper product elsewhere after the product was shipped, in this case Polenar Outdoor reserves the right to not offer a full refund (decided on a case-by-case basis)
The customer can be charged up to 20% of the returned item value as restocking fee. This is not our usual practice but it is included in our terms of service to protect us against fraud and customers with malicious intent.

Backorder

At Polenar Outdoor we strive to always have products in stock. The only products that can be order on our website despite being "out of stock" are T-shirts and selected items that we can acquire in 3 days or less.
If your order is marked 'On backorder', this means you ordered something that is currently out of stock (most common with T-shirts).
Please, don't worry, we are already on it!

If there are unexpected problems and the order could take longer than three business days to process we will contact you via e-mail.

Warranty

Polenar Outdoor guarantees the quality of products with supplier or manufacturer warranty. Guarantee is valid in conjunction with supplied invoice. In case of malfunctions resulting from incorrect use, negligence or mechanical damage, warranty is void. Warranty claims are also null in case of visible signs of modification by an unauthorized third party, incorrect use or negligent behaviour.

According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer has the right to notify the supplier (via telephone, email or mail in which case date of drop-off is relevant for the notification deadline) of contract cancellation within 14 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products, without having to state reasons for doing so. Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer.
The only expense incurred by the consumer when returning products is the direct shipping cost. The purchase price for the returned products will be wired to the customer's bank account, PayPal or be left available in store credit for successive orders. The funds will be returned no later than 15 days after receiving the returned products.

2 year guarantee for faulty goods. In accordance with EU regulations we are obligated to provide a 2 year guarantee on all good purchased in EU. This is different from manufacturers provided warranty and it means that if the customer receives a faulty product, the seller is obligated to repair, replace or issue a refund for that product. Please note that this guarantee is only valid for products that are faulty, damaged, have parts missing or don't work as advertised from the start of the transaction.

Returns & refunds

At Polenar Outdoor we strive to offer best service available for our customers. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. This is not a problem at all. Please contact us beforehand by email at [email protected] and as long as the items are in resellable/mint condition with packaging and labels intact, you can return them. Items have to be in undamaged original packaging. Through email we will give you instructions specific to your case and help you with the shipping details.

We are more than happy to refund you the item price if you return our goods within 14 days of delivery.

After we receive the return we will inspect the returned items, if the items are in any way used or damaged (not in mint and/or resellable condition) we hold the right to refund only 80% of the purchase price.

Please note that we do NOT cover the cost of shipping or other that you may encounter when sending the items back to us.

We do not provide return shipping labels.

Reshipping of undelivered packages

If the package was not able to be delivered and thus returned to us, we will contact you via email to find the problem and reconfirm your address.
When we discover the problem, confirm your address or receive a new one, we will reship your order with no additional cost.

However, if we discover that the package was not delivered because of customer's fault or malice, or if the package was returned to us for the second time, we reserve the right to charge reshipping cost to the customer. Reshipping cost is specific to the order and can also be applied to orders that used "free shipping".
