To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. That way your funds will be returned without any fees.
We are also more than happy to refund you the item price if you return our goods within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact.
We do NOT cover the cost of shipping that customer may have when sending the item back to us.
